Shipping & Delivery times The following conditions apply: The goods are delivered worldwide. Shipping costs (including VAT) National deliveries (Germany): We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight. Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight. Details can be found under the following link: DOWNLOADS Delivery times Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).* Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. *Delivery times through DHL can vary, depending on the target country. Payment Accepted payment options - Prepayment by bank transfer - Payment by SEPA direct debit mandate (3 % discount) - Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable) - Payment by invoice Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order. The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days after invoicing. When paying by SEPA direct debit mandate, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 3 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account on the announced date. If this is not guaranteed, we will bill you for the additional fees.
