Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply: The goods are delivered worldwide. You can find the shipping prices in the download section.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight: You can find the shipping prices in the download section.

International deliveries:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight: You can find the shipping prices in the download section.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider. There may also be deviations depending on the country.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Accepted payment options

- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment by SEPA direct debit
- Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)
- Payment by invoice

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 3 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date. If this cannot be guaranteed, we reserve the right to invoice you for the additional fees incurred.
